Requested an appointment on a Sunday and was surprised I was able to get a same day appointment! Jason was on time, polite, knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going with the different components of our garage door system. Retentioned springs replaced roller and performed overall maintenace. In the end the garage door open is working better than when it was installed 12 years ago. I will definitely call them again!

He told me the motor was fried, (he did not say fried, my word!" and gave me several options to choose from for repairs. The drop-down menus only let me select a couple of things, but the services completed today started with my keypad but ended up being a long over-due replacement of keypad, springs, rollers, and a lift bracket(?) These gentlemen were delightfully pleasant and professional. The young man, Nur, was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in understandable detail, and helped in every step of the package selection process. The finished product is a virtually silent garage door and the peace of mind of a lifetime warranty and the confidence that I might never have to call them again, but if I do, these expert professionals are going to take amazing care of me. Made one call and they arrived within 90min, and the work lasted maybe a grand total of an hour-ish. TOP NOTCH!! Thank you Nur and Mike!!

Had work being done in my garage and the crew working do back at 11:00 am the next morning. Got up to get the paper, went thru the garage and the spring broke on the garage door. 6:00am. Got on line at the Precision Website and did a live chat at about 6:30 am and had them scheduled between8-10:00 am. Saved the day, my garage project went on as scheduled. Had the garage door spring snap. Precision came out as quickly as possible. Jason Dawson was knowledgeable and clear about the different options to repair. I went with two springs, rollers, cables, drums and new bearing replacing all the hardware of the door. He got the work done efficiently and explained everything as he worked. Now the garage door has a lifetime warranty on parts replaced and operates smoothly and quietly. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone with garage door issues.

I needed some overdue service in my garage door. Needed to replace some hinges that the rollers go through, and also was in bad need of lubrication. Over the past couple of weeks the store started popping up instead of staying closed. This is what we had fixed two months ago. The service call was covered under warranty!!!! Of course the problem wouldn't repeat today with the technician...but he examined things, reset the programming and lubricated the springs. Looks like all is running smoothly. Fingers crossed! Technician was very friendly and accomodating! Highly recommend!

Called at 8 am and the tech was out by 2:30. Fixed the door in under an hour. The technician was friendly and polite and left the door in good working order with a recommendation for future replacement of an aging door opener. The reason for the 4 stars is cost. $500+ for 2 springs and 3 bearings made from stamped sheet metal seems a bit excessive although the springs are supposed to come with a "lifetime" warranty. Overall a good experience and I would recommend Precision to others based on their prompt friendly service.

Wow, Jason Dawson was great! He was fast, he did great work, and he did not pressure me to do anything I could not afford. As a single mom, I always worry I am going to be over-billed when I call anyone out to do work on my home. But I found a fair, honest place (for garage doors). I will be recommending Precision to all my neighbors. And having them install a new door once I save enough to buy one. Thanks to Jason, I have a working garage door in the meantime.
