Mr. Art Fuentes and helper did a fantastic job on the repairs they did. Mr. Fuentes was very professional, and new is job well. He explained every detail to me and my wife. the job was done in a good time line. They op checked the door and cleaned up after the job was completed. This is the second time I've used Precision Door Service and with repairmen like Mr. Art Fuentes I will recommend the company to all my friends and family. Mr. Fuentes showed us all the bad or worn out items that needed replacement. We are very satisfied with the results.

Jason arrived in the time frame I was given and promptly diagnosed the problem. He explained the fix and the made the requisite repairs quickly. I called Precision late Friday night and they were able to help out the next day. Jason showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He explained everything that needed to be fixed and why. He was very straightforward with how much it would cost before he began any work and by the time he was done, the final bill was lower than what he originally quoted. Our garage door is working better than before and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Precision.
