I was very impressed with the initial set up and Precision's professionalism. Because my college son was meeting the technician, I appreciated the pictures and the information about badges and marked vehicles, etc. However, I was disappointed in the fact that the price for the service did not fall in the range I was initially quoted, and I never really received a precise reason why this misalignment occurred. I shopped around and chose Precision in large part because of the competitive pricing; however, in the end, the price was the same or higher than competitors and I feel I was misled.
