We had a broken spring, and found Precision through a Google search. Our technician was Dan Kuhn, who was professional, courteous, and friendly. Besides replacing the one spring, Dan made other recommendations of services he could perform to extend the life of our garage door. He explained the benefits of what he recommended, and offered estimated costs, but did so with absolutely no pressure to do anything beyond replacing the one spring. We opted to replace the broken spring, and add a second one. Dan also lubed the bearings for us and tightened the chain, all for a really decent price. Excellent customer service and our garage door works great, and is much quieter than before. We will be happy to recommend Precision to our neighbors, friends, and family.
