I would like to thank Precision Door Service for sending out Robert Nair to resolve my garage door problem. He was very pleasant and very professional person and within a couple minutes he observed the matter and was ready to correct the problem. I am to select a rating from one to five stars determining his performance I give him a double rating of ten stars for "Excellence " and I ask permission for him to be my permanent repair man if all possible. Not satisfied with the install. New garage door opener recommended, model, LiftMaster 8355W,along with 13 new rollers, however, installer seemed not well-versed with this system. Didn't appear to have the knowledge to adequately reprogram this opener in one of my vehicles--2009 Cadillac & he failed to install the safety sensors to comply with code. He simply stated I would need to reposition them to comply---if I ever sold this house. Not acceptable. I am seeking redress with customer service.

5 Stars. I went to the grocery store on Sunday morning, came home and the door would not open. Went inside and saw a spring was broken. Called Precision and got an appointment the same day. Jamey came out and did a great job. Explained what needed to be done and provided options.
