Quick response time. Called on a Sunday night and first thing Monday morning a William M.was at my door. William was knowledgeable and quick to identify all of the repairs needed to get my door fixed. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything that wasn't needed, or pressured into upgrading over what I need for my purposes. He helped show me how to take care of my door and hardware so it will last longer. I am very happy with the prompt service and information I received.

Our garage door cable broke and the door was crooked and coming off the tracks. We called precision at 7;00 on a Friday night. They had a tech out the next morning by 10. John Lane, our tech, was friendly and courteous. He answered all our questions and quickly repaired our door at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend this company.

Five Star, As promised our technician called 30 min before he was to arrive. Unfortunately an accident shut down the main route to get to our house. The technician called to let me know he would be late. After 2 hours I expected the call stating we would need to reschedule instead I got the call stating he was in front of the house…. At 6PM. He was professional and courteous. After an initial inspection he reviewed my options. Within an 1-1/2 hours the garage door was fixed and he was of for another job. GREAT JOB by the Precision team
