I called Precision today, Sat. May 22 about 12:45 PM. The tech, Andrew was at my door by 1:30PM. He determined that the springs were still under warranty. By a few minutes after 2 PM, Andrew was finished with the springs replacement. This was a no cost repair for me!!! ( I was prepared to pay for the service fee for just coming to my home) I was expecting to pay something today. Andrew was very efficient and personable and professional. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone in need of this service. They are available 24/7 and extremely prompt, I was not expecting same day service, Precision Garage e Door made my weekend, Thank you so very much.

Service was amazingly prompt. Tech arrived within an hour of on-line chat agreement to replace broken cable. The labor cost was in agreement with the online chat estimate of $160 plus materials. I am a "do it yourselfer" but I figured I'd let the pros do it for 160 and a few bucks for the cables. However!!! The charge for the cables was $80. I could have gotten them from Amazon for $5.55. If I would have known that I would have done it myself. In general the cost of $244 to replace two torsion cables (perhaps 30 minutes of labor) and negligible material cost seems terribly high. If you had a business of just replacing cables and did just 6doors/day for 50 weeks, your income would be $366,000 per year.

I was looking for someone to install new garage doors because the ones I had were old wooden doors that were here since my home was built in 1973 and they showed it too lol. I wish that I could show the before and after pictures. What a transformation. I found your company on home advisor and after reading the good reviews and found out that they gave free estimates I gave them a call. They were very prompt getting someone here to give us the estimate. We were happy with their prices so we set up an appointment to have them done. They were here at 8 am like they said they would and five and a half hours they had both doors in and all of the old doors and hardware completely gone. Our repairman was thorough and very professional. He explained everything to us and even helped us out with setting it up. I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. I would and will highly recommend precision door for any of your garage door needs.

We chose Precision for the availability they provided. This was our first experience with Precision and I am sure it will not be our last. Keith Glidewell was our service technician. Keith called to let us know when he would be arriving, he called again because he was able to come by sooner and wanted to make sure it was convenient for us. He went thru an extensive checklist to make sure our door was operating smoothly and as it should be. He diagnosed the problem fixed it promptly and told us to call if we had any questions or concerns. My husband and I feel that the service was certainly 5 star and by the way we felt that the price that was charged was very fair. Thank you Keith.

Today is Saturday, and I have been having trouble with the garage door not wanting to go all the way down. I called late yesterday and they scheduled someone to come out today, which he did. He detected the problem that was interfering with the electric eyes and corrected in. He did not try to do anything to upcharge me or indicate there was something more wrong. I was charged the regular service call fee and also given the senior citizen discount. Very honest and professional.

After several trips to replace our keypad, it was determined that the opener needed to be replaced due to its age and inability to receive the signal from the keypad. Five (5) stars all the way!! Initial contact with Precision July 2, 2018, was perfect. The young lady who answered the phone listened to my situation and put me on the schedule for 10-12 Tuesday, July 3, 2018, the following day. Adam called @ 8:47 to confirm they were on the way. Justin & Adam arrived early (Yay) and assessed the situation with my garage door. I explained I was experiencing financial hardship at this time and wanted to know all options. They quoted me repair price as well as new door price. They offered the 18 month zero financing if I qualified. The garage door is the original from 1983. I've spent very little to maintain it in the 25 years I've been the homeowner. I decided to go with the new door! Thirty-five years of service from one garage door is outstanding and I figured it was time. Adam & Justin repaired the door enough so that I can use it until the new one is installed; approximately 1-2 weeks from now. I had to pay nothing today! That was great. I am a returning customer who purchased a new garage opener in October of 2016. I was pleased with the service and techs at that time so decided to trust Precision again. My experiences have been great and I will definitely mention Precision to family/friends/coworkers should any talk about garage door issues. Thank you for your top notch customer service. Hard to come by in this day and age.
