The service was great. They were here in 2 days and replaced the spring, and cable in less than an hour. It was a little on the expensive side, but I guess it was worth it for the prompt service.

I called for an estimate for new opener, rollers and springs. Technician was prompt and polite but I felt price quoted was way too high. I declined the price quote and paid the $59 estimate fee.

First of all, I'm a grumpy old person and Precision thoughtfully scheduled their visit so as not to interfere with my nap time. Secondly, they sent out this guy named Phil Demeo who obviously had special training in how to handle "grumpy old people" and respectfully answer really dumb questions that old grumpy people are inclined to ask. Lastly, if you are a "grumpy old person" or even if you are inclined otherwise, in terms of age or disposition, and you want straightforward answers to your questions and fair pricing for garage door repair or new doors, don't waste your time by calling anyone else. After all, we "ain't" got that much time left.
