We saw the work being on our neighbors garage door. When I went over to talk to the tech Johnathan about checking our door, he came over as soon as he finished his work at our neighbors. Johnathan was very courteous and explained what was needed after a brief inspection. We got him scheduled to come and replace our opener and springs, he showed up right on time and made sure all our different remote openers were operating correctly. Thank you for having such courteous and professional techs.

We chose Precision because of its rating on the web site. I was impressed with their web site and quick response. They did not let us down. Jonathan Ferreira did an excellent job in a timely manner. He explained the problem with the door in layman’s term as well as all our options. He was very courteous and well mannered. He did as not rushed and took his time explaining things. As far as price there’s nothing cheap nowadays. But you get what you pay for and I feel like we got a real bargain. Thanks to a job well done.

First of all, I would like to leave a comment about Jesse Youmans. He was punctual, very polite, told me what the problem was and how it could be corrected. Then he gave me a couple of options and quoted me the price on them. He did the work efficiently, cleaned up after himself. In my opinion you could not have a better employee. The difference in my garage is like day and night I can barely hear it now and it used to rattle the whole neighborhood. Thank you for your product and your service.
