I am very pleased with the service provided by Precision Garage Door. Courteous staff, same day response, and excellent work done by professional installer Brian. He called to let me know what time he was arriving, arrived on time, checked what happened to my garage door opener, showed me the problem, explained my options clearly and performed the work I requested. After he was done, he showed me and explained everything he had done, explained the warranties, and programmed the wireless keypad and my cars. Overall outstanding job. Thank you, Brian and Precision Garage Door.

We were very happy with technician Rhett he called saying he was on his way and arrived on time when he evaluated our garage door motor it wasn’t good he explained in great detail what our issues were and made it clear what we should do to correct our issues he had all the parts necesssary to do the job and went about it professionally and was very detailed in what he did and I believe went above and beyond to get the job done right and made sure we were completely satisfied with his work trully professional and always seemed to enjoy what he was doing
