I had several issues happening with my garage door. My scheduled time was between 8&12. Joseph called and arrived much quicker than I expected. He went through the issues in an understandable way. He had all the parts I needed and quickly went to work. His workmanship was professional and thorough. He cleaned up after himself and was very personable. Called at 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday, arrival time was between 12 noon and 4:00 p.m. Arrived at 12 noon !! Brad introduced himself, very friendly, and knew exactly what to fix. Explained what the problem was and the potential problems in the future. Fixed both our garage doors in 2 hours. Definitely will recommend Precision to my friends. Thank you for the quick service.
