These guys are amazing. When I decided to install a new garage door I reached out to four companies. Three companies got back to me and this is the only one that actually showed up. From the very beginning they were very professional, not pushy but helpful and knowledgable. Today they installed the door, on the day they promised. Their people were great. The job was done on time and professionally. They left my garage cleaner then when they came. On top of doing a great installation, I had a small issue, that was more than likely a result of something I did. However they came right out and fixed the problem. So not only were they great on sale and installation, their follow service was amazing. I give this company my highest recommendation and and would use them again in an instant.

The spring on the garage door had broken the night before. I called in the morning and was told that a technician would be sent between 12 and 4pm. Within a couple of hours the technician called me and said he was on his way. Very professional company. I received a text with the appointment information as well. The technician, Brad, looked at the door, explained what was needed and gave me a quote. Within an hour, he fixed the spring, plates and rollers on the door. Very efficient and professional. Great job.

I found the number for Precision on line. The customer service over the phone was excellent and offered immediate service or several options in the next couple days which was a weekend. The technician called as requested when he was on the way to confirm arrival time. He was courteous and professional and explained what he was going to be doing before he began. He not only replaced the springs but performed a thorough inspection on all of the components and answered my many questions very politely. I will be recommending Precision. George came to repair the J bar on our 6 month old garage door lift mechanism. The bolts securing it in place had backed themselves out. $99 for programming a remote. Don't insult my intelligence. Telling me that you can't guarantee the remote I bought from the technician unless you program it is stupid. Technician went to his truck to use his remote that he uses in service calls and sells it to me as new. Discovered MFG sells remote online directly for $45.00 less. No referrals coming from this customer
