Anthony was on time, very informative and was focused on the issue. He was a pleasure to interact with. Most important to me was his responsiveness. He called in a sufficient amount of time prior to arrival. Once on site, he immediately assessed the situation. He did not try to "upsale" me. For those reasons the company gets a five start rating. It was difficult to fix the problem since it is intermittent and was working when he arrived. It has failed frequently during the last month with two different error message "Sensor momentarily blocked" and Cable tension failure". Neither of them appeared to be a problem during the times the door wouldn't close. He fixed what he though could have caused the problem in a timely manner and was very polite.

Tech arrived early. Replaced just about everything except the door. Finished in about 2 hours. Explained in detail needed repairs/replacement. Door operation is now quite! I'm very satisfied.
