I was very impressed with Precision agreeing to send an agent out to fix my garage door opener. The cover fell off after seven years. However, they no longer the same unit so a total new unit was installed. The agent sent was Christian. A very pleasant and hard working young man. A quality hire for the firm. I cannot thank Dylan and Jeff from Precision Door enough! I called yesterday morning and my door is already perfect! Jeff got here right on time at the beginning of the slot I was given, he gave me multiple packages to choose from, and explained everything he did to the fullest. He was friendly and clean and so quick! I really couldn't be happier! Thank you so much for the hook up ?????????????????? I'm still confused by the fact that all I hear is the door moving and the motor is completely silent but I'll get used to it ????

If you need any type of garage door work, this is your company. Everyone, from your first contact to the final repairs are completed by professional, knowledgeable, and friendly people. Prior to this repair I have had two different companies say they repaired my garage door, when in fact they did not. That however has been rectified. They replaced the necessary parts, made the necessary adjustments and now the door works properly. Thank you so much.

The Torque master assembly on our garage door broke causing one of the cords to be off-track and not allowing the door to close. We had to have the entire system replaced. We opted to go with the Torsion Spring system. John Moya was our tech and he was just great at explaining everything. He also did a great job at installing the new system. Our garage door has never operated so quietly and smoothly. We are very pleased with the work done. We would highly recommend this company!

Dylan (from Sanford) was working on a home near us. We approached him about our garage door opener and he came over after his job, gave us a diagnosis, and an estimate.
