Wow what an amazing experience. I called on Thanksgiving Day because this was my first quiet moment in a long time and they were there and ready to work. Two technicians were at my home in 40 minutes and I had my new garage door opener with all the extras installed within 2 hours! Ryan was knowledgeable, polite, helpful and fast. We were locked out of our garage and he replaced the lock (we had no keys) and synced the car, the keypad and the portable garage door openers, as well as performing a check of the whole mechanism and replacing the worn original rollers. Well worth the price.

Our garage door stopped working. Unfortunately, it was stuck in the closed position, there is no other access to our garage, we do not have the key to the emergency release lock, and our only vehicle was inside. Robert came and performed magic to get the door open, examined the situation, explained our options, and then replaced the old (11 years) Liftmaster opener. He also returned the next day to replace the emergency release lock. Very happy with the speed of response, the work performed, and Robert's knowledge and manners.

I have used Precision Door since 2003 and they do an excellent job of managing customer expectations and delivering superb service against the agreed recommendation. I have two garage overhead doors and have upgraded them to precision door belt drives from Liftmaster chain drives-unbelievably quiet in comparison.
