Maybe not. Recent visit suggested we have to read the fine print. We thought our garage door was "overhauled" and then we learn that certain part like bearings were not replaced. First visit took from 9AM until 7 PM. And they didn't replace the bearings? Multiple problems with opener for both doors. And then we when I spotted a black line on the door, I was advised that "the bearing are bad, and weren't replaced, here, look at the order you agreed to, didn't include bearings". If they were bad, why not replace along with over $1,000 in other parts, repairs. All of your service people are really professional, really nice people.
