We had the pleasure of having Nick as our Service Technician. Nick called our home to confirm our appointment and arrived on time! He was able to do a thorough inspection of our garage door equipment and made a sound, logical recommendation. So instead of doing a quick fix, he took the time to explain alternative recommendations. By doing this, we have peace of mind and know we saved money in the long run. That's REAL service and you don't get it that often these days. It wasn't the simplest thing or the quickest for Nick, but it was the best for us. Nick valued us - our time and our money. He was professional a, technical nd knowledgeable and we so appreciated his advice.
