Initially I did an appointment to repair my old garage door which made a lot of noise when closing and when opening it, this was due to a poor repair that had been done by another company which the technician only dedicated himself to charging a high sum of money for a lousy service. I scheduled my appointment on-line with PRECISION GARAGE SERVICES which was very fast and the best of all was when the technician arrived to attend to our request, ROLAND GARCIA was very kind, respectful and with just one adjustment that he made to our door the noise disappeared, Roland was super honest with my wife and me and explained what was happening with our gate, even so we asked him for suggestions to update our door which he offered us his professional advice and we decided to replace it with a new one to which he helped us schedule an appointment for the installation which was super fast and two days later the technician was already at our house to install the new door AUSTIN BRUBAKER was the technician assigned for said installation which was another blessing for us, he and his guys did an impeccable job, now our gate is updated and zero noise, thanks PRECISION.

Rob came to my house to figure out what was wrong with our garage door and what we can do to fix the problems. He was able to help tremendously and was a pleasure to talk too. Excellent customer service, I am so happy to have a quiet door opener. They came late on Sunday and installed a new door opener, took all their boxes and left the garage clean and tidy. I plan on having them look at my sons door opener and if a new one is required then I will have this company install a new opener for him. Merry Christmas.

I had my garage door rollers replace from metal wheels to plastics one they work perfect no complaints, Know l need the plastic wheel that rotates the belt drive on the garage door replace do to the fact that l install a new belt drive beacuse the old belt got strip so it expose the wire and the door was jerking on the closing and opening positions now the door closes n when it comes back up again, l need your repair man to come n adjust it for me.

This is the second experience I have had with Precision Door. Ricky Liotta, your installer was on time, knew what he was doing. I can say without equivocation that Ricky was the best of the best, a real example of "CLASS GOING UPHILL. The folks at Precision Doors really went above and beyond when outfitting our house with new custom doors. Due to a clerical error, the doors arrived with the wrong color. Austin and team installed them so we wouldn't have missing doors while the replacements were en route. He and installation manager Charlie also tweaked the measurements so that the second set of doors would fit even better. Evan and his team installed the second set quickly and professionally and even re-did the tracks to accommodate the newer doors more exactly. The doors are quiet, beautiful and now hurricane wind rated. Great job team!

Scott our technician was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. We called on the late morning of 6/29 and had Scott there by 3:30. He walked us through all steps and what would be needed and was done within 90 minutes, AMAZING!!! We had two new springs, all new rollers and weather stripping installed.
