Chris called at 5:oo PM on friday evening, said he was on the way to my place. I asked where he was, he told me downtown Orlando. I live in Fruitland Park some 45 miles from Orlando. At 6:10 he arrived. was very knowageable of my 10 year old operator. made the repairs needed,and was on his way by 6:30. Great job Chris. Thanks again. I only give 5 stars because there is no 10 option.

Tech Scott called prior to arrival. He gave verbal estimate of minimum repair and/or complete inspection with warranty I chose warranty work since we plan on staying in residence. He performed required maintenance and explained what he was doing to inform me so I could learn how items work. We very much appreciate his professionalism. Great job. Thank you.

I highly recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for a new door or service on an existing one. They are highly competent, honest and their prices are more then fair. I had a rather large garage serviced and all hardware replaced and they were on the job fast and did excellent work where others did not want to do the job if they could not sell me an entire new door. Great Company to deal with that still believes in great customer service..
