Nick was a superior service analyst and investigated every inch of the recently installed new garage door opening device which seemed related to the noise being heard while closing the door. He is mechanically gifted and quickly determined the causes of the issue. There were several areas of the previous installation which were not properly installed and he took great care in correcting all of them so that the door now closes very quietly. He suffered through terrible heat in the enclosed garage door area with high humidity and skillfully completed the work to what I consider perfection! I will always recommend Precision to my associates so they do not have to deal with other garage door companies which leave much to be desired.
