I had used a company previously and was referred to Precision. Our garage door has not been operating and we needed someone trained to work with our new Liftmaster to resolve the issue. Paul Brinkmann was the service representative that came to our home. He was careful to notice a number of things that could be causing our garage door to operate poorly. He explored a number of different issues and focused on resetting our remote controls and found that one was faulty and provided us with a new one. He also adjusted the system's "eye sensors". We also discussed that interference might be coming from systems that our neighbors have and told us that these may be causing the garage door to pick up signals. Paul gave us other ideas to explore and we did learn a lot about the complexity of the system and how sensitive they are. Paul was patient and a good listener. He also showed us how to lift the garage door manually if and when electricity is out. In the end, the garage door was operating as it should. Paul was honest about not knowing if the issue was completely resolved but did give us more information to explore should the garage door begin to operate poorly. I would give Paul 5 stars.

I called and 2 hours later the tech fixed my banged up door. He was not only prompt but competent and courteous. I'll use Precision again if I am stupid enough to back into my half-open door.

Our experience was five star from start to finish. After our garage door suddenly descended on the car as we were leaving the garage and was irreparably damaged, a quick phone call brought us Brandon for an estimate. He was thorough, quick, professional, friendly and very easy to deal with, giving us an exact estimate, confirmed with his main office, within half an hour, together with an order for a new door and fitting right away. We were held up slightly because this happened three days before July 4th, but on Monday 6th, Shawn came with the new door and had it installed and running by midday. He, too, was friendly, efficient, thoroughly professional, clearly explained all features, and left everything spic and span on leaving. Many thanks. We will most certainly recommend you to others.
