I was having issues with my garage door working intermittently. I did the usual check the sensors and readjust it manually and that forced the problem for a little while. Then it just got to be too much. I looked up a reputable service company and on the first call I received a very informative person who made the appointment process very easy. Then the day the tech was to arrive he called me when he was in route and gave me the time he would arrive. He was on time and he went right to work on troubleshooting the door opener. Cem was pretty quick to diagnose the isssue and then we discussed pricing. Seemed to be pretty close to what I thought I was going to pay for a new opener and he had the parts on his truck! Boom it was finished an hour later! Cem was nice, very informative and even put up with the million questions my six year old had. Great tech and very quick. I would recommend their service to anyone. Thank you to all involved and if I ever need this service again I’ll be sure to call! Mike Wunder
