Really impessive performance. I called on Sunday (!) around 10 AM and Nathaniel from Precision was there by 12:30 PM. He was personable, incredibly knowledgeable, tried to repair the existing opener. It was beyond repair, and I could hardly believe he could install a brand new opener and chain within two hours. It was at our daughter's house in Concord. She is disabled and we wanted her to be able to park her car in the garage instead of on the street as she had been doing since the opener had not been functioning. We would recommend Precison absolutely!

On 03/11/2023, Sheridan Abad, service technician for Precision Door Service made a house call to repair the broken springs on my garage door. Sheridan arrived at my house 3 hours after I made my service call. After reviewing my original problem, Sheridan pointed out other areas with parts that were damaged or cracked that would soon fail. His explanation was easy to follow and understand. By pointing out these additional problem areas, Sheridan saved me the cost of additional service calls when these parts failed. Because Sheridan is an instructor for Precision Door Service, the repair time was very short.

Precision did a great job at installing the new garage door and opener. The only reason I did not give five stars is because of their slow response to getting the job done. It took over three months from the time we signed the contract and paid the down payment to the actual installation. I had to initiate phone calls to them; they did not keep me informed as to the progress as they should have.

You advertised on Angie's List as service 24/7 and that an actual person would take my call. So I chose Precision. Yes, you met my expectations. James did an excellent readjustment job on my door opener. He reset the limits on the door closing. James was also courteous and respectful. The next time I have a problem with my opener or garage door, I'm calling Precision and asking for James!
