Cem, the technician, arrived very promptly considering it was the day after Thanksgiving. During his time here, he was extremely professional and courteous in answering all my questions as I like to understand all the workings of equipment installed in my home. All I really needed was a new spring, but I opted to have a new garage door opener installed in my 24 year old home. Of the two oversized garage doors that I have the one that needed attention was the one I use the most to park both of my cars. He explained very clearly to me the workings of the new door opener and the remotes. Great customer service. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services.
