The entire experience with Precision went well from the initial phone call on a Saturday morning to the completed repair shortly after. When our garage door wouldn't open, we thought we would be stuck with both cars in the garage until at least Monday. Tim did an excellent job replacing our garage door spring and other parts so now it opens smoothly and quietly. Both the person who answered the phone and Tim were very professional and nice to work with.

I called Precision after an Internet search that said they had same day service. The gear box on our garage door opener was broken and needed replacing. I had originally called the company that installed it, but they didn't return my calls, so I was looking for a reliable company to do the repair. I scheduled an appt between 4-8pm the next day. The next day we were visiting relatives, planning to be home by 4:00, when I received a call from the repairman asking if he could come 2 hours early. (It was very difficult to understand his English because of his heavy accent.) I explained that we wouldn't be home until 4:00 but he said he needed to come early so I asked our adult son if he would be able to handle it for us. As we were driving home the repairman called to say it needed more than just a new gear box. Again, it was very difficult to understand him so I asked him to explain it to our son and have him call us. When our son called us back, trying to relay the repairs and price, the costs kept increasing. After a frustrating conversation we decided to just pay the service charge and take our business elsewhere.
