We had loud noises coming from somewhere in the roller bearings of our garage doors . Your repair man checked out each door and found most all bearings were old and needed to be replaced. From our first contact to the installation of our new garage door , we had a great experience with Precision. I sent a request for an estimate on their website and was quick contacted by our estimator, Eric, with a price breakdown on the various wood-look doors that we were interested in. He was helpful and responsive throughout the process and made sure we got the right setup for our needs. Our installer was timely and did the whole job quite quickly and quietly. Very impressed. Our new door is beautiful (which is weird to say about a garage door) and so quiet compared to our old one that I still turn around to make sure it’s closing. Would definitely recommend.

Luke (who repaired a different issue a year ago) was great - from arriving exactly on time, to going over his review of findings, giving choices of options, and to the actual installation of a new motor. He went over the new technology with the new opener, including phone app, camera that can be used for security and the LED lights which will keep me off a ladder. He was also mentoring a new young man, while providing friendly, professional service during the whole visit. Highly recommend Precision Door Service and Luke.

Brian was on time, personable and did the work very well. Only complaint: The service was performed over two days. On the first day, the Genie sensors were replaced ($212). On the second day, the Genie opener was replaced with a Lift Master. The one day old Genie sensors were replaced with Lift Master sensors. I should have received a credit for the Genie sensors used less than a dozen times.

First, that they were able to get someone out so quickly, I think in about 2 hours; and Jacob did a great job fixing the problem and making sure it won’t come loose again. He was great about explaining what was going on with it and what to keep an eye out for in the future. Andrew did an awesome job. Though an early Saturday morning to fix an entire poorly installed garage door system he showed me everything that was not done properly so I would be educated enough to approach my HOA management. Showed me the options and educated me on each of the components. My neighbor was even home and saw similar issues and depending on what the vendor who installed these doors says would 100% like to have Andrew come to their place to fix their garage door. I had new wheels, spring system, cable system, and actual proper length lug bolts that all had to get replaced on my garage door. This garage is dead silent! I also liked there was a 10-year warranty with this option which makes it worthwhile for my money. Thanks, Andrew for letting me watch and observe the entire process. Mahalo :)
