I selected this company because I had used them in the past and was impressed with the quality of their work. The problem was that our Genie keypad was unreliable, sometimes opening/closing the door and sometimes no response. After consulting, considering the fact that the keypad itself was fairly new and the rest of the system at least 7 years old and possibly older, we decided to go with a new system (motor and all). The new system works very smoothly (and quietly). And so far, reliably. One issue: When I first called them they told me they would be at my home by 2:30 the same day. I called at 2:30 and they said I wasn't on the schedule! They were extremely apologetic and admitted their error. I have forgiven them!

They came out and were able to sync the Toyota remote with the garage door opener. Blew a capacitor when testing. I was told this was due to the age and condition of the garage door and motor. Wanted to replace at $800.00+. Charged me 222.00+ for the visit.

Curtis was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He replaced torsion springs, cables, and bearing in about 2 hours. I went with Precision mainly based on the online reviews and the fact that they were available fairly quickly. Based on parts costs online and the fact that the springs only replacement cost compared to springs + cables + bearings doubled the job price, it seemed somewhat on the high side. But, given it was a Sunday, the job was being done competently, and I could put the situation behind me quickly, I acquiesced. Might shop around next time...

Precision Garage Door is doing work on a neighbors house and they were telling me how impressed they were with the company and how they are going beyond their expectations to get things right. A couple days later Precision Garage Door was at my neighbors house and when they were leaving I asked one of them if they could give me some information. His name was Eric and he came to my garage, looked at everything and gave me a quote on what he could see needing fixed. Eric said he would go back to the office and give the information to them and someone would call me. It was about an hour later and I received a call from the office. I was scheduled for the next morning at 8:00 am to have a garage door opener installed and the technician would be Tim. Tim did an outstanding job and when he was done he went over everything with me and was very patient, friendly and professional with me and all my questions. From beginning to the end everyone was so courteous and professional. I will recommend Precision Door Service to anyone.

Had a problem with current Wireless opener, called just before 11am. The service technician (Hunter) got there within the hour. Hunter was very professional, we went through what I wanted. He came up with 3 options. I pick the one I wanted. He had the repairs, installed a new opener, showed me how it would all work, the same afternoon. I was very impressed with the whole process. Two doors to install. Both 8 feet high(extra panel). Two technicians working well together. Leave them alone... Wife comes home and says,"Why aren't there windows in the left (smaller) door?...I hadn't ordered windows..Solution: Wife says, "The window door looks a lot better than our old solid ones." The technician offered a upper window panel for the smaller door. It was changed out for a window panel for an adjusted price for both doors. Good looking and function smoothly. Two programmed controllers which operate both doors. Very professional workers. Thanks

No better time for a broken garage door than when you want to leave the house on a Sunday morning... After talking to a very helpful Precision rep on the phone, it only took about half an hour for Scott K. to arrive at our place. He was friendly, professional and fixed the motor rail that had broken out of the wall in a very short time. He made some recommendations on garage door maintenance but never pushed any more expensive options on me. It was also no problem to apply a coupon code from the website directly to the final bill. When the time for our next garage door servicing/overhaul comes, I feel confident calling Precision for the job.

Absolutely the best company to work with. Our son recommended them after he had a spring break and could not get out of his garage to get to work. They came right out and fixed it. Scott just installed a garage door opener for us this weekend. Precision is the only company out of four calls who actually came out and answered questions face to face. Scott explained all options with total knowledge of the product. Scott listened to what we thought we wanted and then made recommendations. He did not try to oversell and actually was open to repairing our 35 year old springs before we purchased new ones. We could not be happier with the product and with the followup explanations by Scott to be sure we were comfortable with all the workings of the opener. Precision responded to my call promptly and sent Ted to address my issue with my garage door within 2 hours of my call. Ted checked out both doors and repaired the broken bracket on one of the doors. He also lubricated the various points on both doors and readjusted the limits of travel on the broken door. All was completed in less than an hour. We are very happy and satisfied with the work
