Service was prompt, competent, and fairly priced. I had a problem with a garage door opener malfunctioning. I called one afternoon and was able to schedule a service appt the next morning. Technician (Daren) arrived on schedule, and quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem.

Broken Garage Door Spring Repair

I had to get two torsion springs replaced immediately, as my car was stuck inside the garage on a Saturday. I called Precision and they indicated a repair man would be available between 4-6 P.M (Theresa was extremely courteous and helpful). James arrived around 2:30 and he finished the repair in around 30-45 minutes. He was prompt, efficient, and very friendly. Overall a great experience for something I always take for granted - a functioning garage door!
