PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE OF LEXINGTON

I usually do not write reviews I do give ratings but I just have to let everyone know how our experience with Precision was. I will give them 5 plus stars. Daren showed up on time he was professional, courteous he examined our door and went over all options with me and sent them to me in email so my husband and I could go over them together, Daren came back the next day and replaced our motor. Now days it is hard to find professional, and kind people Daren is the best we are very happy with the service and work that was provided by Daren at Precision Door.

I contacted Precision on a Sunday evening. Precision’s technician, Daren, arrived in the time frame I was given. Obviously he was a knowledgeable, experienced technician. He accessed the situation and quickly moved into action removing the broken parts and replacing them with new parts. He was a working machine. In a short amount of time he had it up and running again. Daren was very personable and professional. If I would have any future problems I’d welcome Daren to come back and repair them. Thank you for the great service and great products.

This is the 4th time I had to call Precision in the last 14 yrs for 4 different problems with my garage door and/or opener. Each time an agent was there within a day. The problems were repaired or replaced promptly. I would not hesitate to call them again should another problem arise.

Our garage door was damaged recently from the wind. We called Precision and they sent a representative access the situation. we needed a new garage door. Ours was several years old. A new door was ordered and installed within a week's time. The technician who installed the door was very professional and was finished in a reasonable time. We are very pleased with our experience with Precision.

These folks installed my garage door, and have returned a couple of times for adjustments or repairs. They are always prompt and courteous, even when I'm the last appointment on a Saturday night after a 13 hour day. Recommend them highly.

I was very impressed with your company! I called at 3pm on a Friday with a broken spring and Nathan was at my door in 2 hours. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful as he replaced both springs in about 30 minutes. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!
