However, once I called I received a text less than an hour later that the technician, Fran was on his way. He did an excellent job at repairing my garage door. Steve and the staff did an excellent job installing our new garage door (conversion from two separate doors to one large door). Outstanding customer service. Our calls were returned promptly and they did exactly what they said they would do and stayed on budget. They were courteous to my family and I and were respectful of our home. They cleaned up bits of insulation that fell during installation and never left personal litter on the site (I am shocked when contractors leave wrappers or garbage sometimes). We will recommend Precision to our friends and family.

I could not be more pleased. Same day service. Called in the morning and my new opener was installed by 2:00 that afternoon. Replaced twenty year old chain drive opener, which had failed, with a belt drive opener. Installers were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
