Woke up to a broken door spring and almost wasn't able to get the car out. Called several companies from 8-9am on a weekday with no answer. Then found Precision and they answered immediately. In a single phone call I was booked for 2-4 the same day. I asked for a 30 minute phone call from the tech so I could leave work in time to meet him. Daren called at 1:30 and told me he should arrive by 2:15. He showed up promptly at 2:15 ready to replace the spring. House is 15 years old so he recommended some other maintenance items as well. Daren and Doug fixed everything and I was back to work by 4. I highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone in Central KY. It was refreshing to deal with a company that has their service model streamlined. These days it seems like getting anything done is so difficult because most companies can barely answer the phone! Precision handled it all in one day with one phone call and delivered on 100% of their promised times and commitments. Glad to see companies like this still exist!

My technician was excellent. He looked at the broken spring and answered all of my questions in detail. My door had one spring on it when it should have had two springs. I thought that was the case after doing the research to try and do the job myself. I am very happy with my decision not to do the repair myself to have the piece of mind that my garage door will no longer free fall while my children are playing outside around it and also to have the warranty. This isnt money i wanted to spend but was definetly money well spent. The technician did not try to sale me anything extra after reviewing my garage door and components but gave me tips on how to maintain my garage door since it has older wheels and other components. while showing me what maintenance I needed to do for up keep he also showed me the latest and greatest maintenance free componenents Precision door offers. This is how you earn repeat business hands down. Thank you guys at precision doors!
