Isaac showed up on time and did the entire job in about 4 hours. He was very polite and helpful. He explained everything in great detail. He cleaned up after job and even showed me how to program the built in openers in our cars. We love the new openers. It’s amazing how quietly the doors open and close now. We love all the additional features we did not have on the old equipment. Great job and I will recommend you guys to all my friends.

Our garage door quit working last Sunday during the bitter cold weather. We tried contacting a couple of service companies with no luck. I found Precision via the internet and gave them a try. Lucky us!! We got to talk with a real live person who advised they were really busy for a Sunday. I told her that we would really appreciate any help they could offer. She then told me they could get to our house in Mt. Sterling between 2 and 4 pm. I said that would be great. We received a call just after 4 pm from the owner/technician who advised he would arrive around 4:30. He arrived at 4:30 and finished the job at 6:30. We were very pleased with the professional work and the exceptional personality of the technician. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing service or replacement of their garage door. I would give them a 5 star rating out of 5 stars.
