I used Precision Door Service for the first time today, 9/10/2024. I was not able to get my garage door up and down. All I could hear was a clicking sound when I pressed the button. I troubleshooted every imaginable cause before contacting Precision. They were able to immediately give me an appointment on the same day requested. Jessie was the technician sent. Jessie did further trouble shooting after he arrived and found that my sensors needed rewiring and also that the door needed reprogramming to open/close smoother. Jessie also found a couple of other concerns, not so urgent that he encouraged that I keep monitoring. Jessie was professional from the beginning of his visit to finalization. Jessie represents Precision well. He was good about keeping me informed as he addressed my garage door issue(s). I'm impressed with Precision and the terrific service that Jessie provided. I definitely will use Precision again when or should the need arise in the future.

We called Precision because I had tried to go through the maker of the door opener but I was not able to make the connections work at all. Precision sent Chris over the next day. He was a true expert, and let me know that the door opener I had been sent just doesn't work with my opener and he supplied me with an door opener that does work AND he installed and opener outside my door so if we are outdoors and need to get in the garage, it's easy. I had started working with another garage door companies. They did not have a replacement spring for my door. They supposedly ordered the replacement but after three weeks of saying they had not gotten the spring, i told them to cancel it. Precision was the first garage repair that popped up on my search. The ad said that I would get prompt reliable service. I called on the weekend and I had a repairman at my house at 8:30Monday morning! He called when he was on the way and was very quick and professional with his service. Although I hope to not need to call again, if necessary, I would if I had cause.

As a Senior Citizen, it is hard not worry about what you should do or what you should buy. I called the Precision Door number and told them my problem. "Senior Citizen Day" is Wednesday and they suggested that if I could wait until then I could get a discount. Cory, my Service Technician, arrived at my door promptly at the time they texted me and first took the time to look the problem over and than showed me the choices and cost of what needed to be done. He did not try to sell me an entire new door or whatever. He showed me what he found and what needed to replaced. I couldn't been happier with the service and I would certainly recommend my Senior Friends to use this company.
