My experience with Precision with your products to me is not exceptional. The service from technicians are excellent, but your replacement Parts our Questionable.. We are Seniors and everytime someone comes out there is a 39.95 for service calls. We are on a fixed income and I am upset about the service fees.

Garth and Clint provided a professional and excellent service today! They conducted a thorough inspection and tuneup of the overall garage door and supporting apparatus. In addition, they provided detailed recommendations to initially address several critical structural issues until the door is eventually replaced. The issues were fixed and completed. We recently had to have our garage door opener replaced, and Garth and Clint did an outstanding job. They had it replaced in about an hour, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The gentleman that came to do the repairs was very, very helpful.
