They were very friendly and told me it would take from three to four hours to replace both doors. They worked diligently and were finished in around three hours. When our garage door malfunctioned we had no idea who to call. After going online we were so impressed with your website. It gave lots of information and was easy to navigate. We could hardly believe it when we called around noon and were scheduled that same day from 1-3. The technician, Patrick, called us and was at our home by 1 and the job completed by 3:15. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem right away. He did not try to “sell us up” but simply told us what we needed and the cost. We are thrilled with our new opener and the repairs on the garage door. It is wonderful to find a company that does what they say they will do. Thank you!

UNBELIEVABLE and PROFESSIONAL SERVICE! Olivia handled my service call expertly and efficiently - all the while being personable. James was at our house an HOUR after my phone call - astonishing. He was thorough, professional and obviously experienced. He explained everything in detail and at our request, installed a new garage door opening unit. He did this in an hour! I am simply astonished that our garage door problem could be fixed with such proficiency and expertise. Josh came out on a Saturday and saved my trip! I backed into my garage door early this morning and Precision was able to fit me in. We consider ourselves fortunate that Josh responded to the service call. What we thought was just a broken spring he wisely identified as a wrong installation. Unless it was rectified it would continue to break springs, so by correcting the problem now we have a quieter, smoother, longer-lasting garage door. Our garage door jammed and half came off the tracks. We could not close the garage, and during the winter month our house was freezing! James was great. He called promptly after receiving the order and was even available to come sooner that originally promised.
