Ya know, I promptly called via google search. The lady answered very politely as I delivered the gravity of service necessary. This afternoon, I left early from work, for a scheduled appointment expecting a $50 service charge, but had NO IDEA fixing a broken torsion spring would cost me 500 bucks in parts, given the spring could be purchased for $75. I will not recommend Precision to anyone and hope this review serves as an opportunity going forward.
