Saw your ad in the yellow pages and because you offered 24 hr service decided to give you a try. Kenny came out and fixed my door in no time. He gave me good advice on replacing the hardware on my doors as they are outdated and will start to fail in the future. Kenny was very knowledgeable and a real gentlemen. 5 Stars! We called at 9:45am today and scheduled the installation between 12-2pm. Justin did an amazing job in under two hours. He was early, professional, and super knowledgeable. He helped us set up our keypad and remotes for the cars. He even had to customize the door opener for our short garage. Fantastic work and I would highly recommend.

I have used Precision in the past so it was an easy decision to call them recently to have my garage door tuned up and the rollers changed. The service rep arrived on time and completed a thorough tuneup of my door. He even answered a question I had unrelated to the service visit which I appreciated. Called Precision because one of the tension springs broke on one of our garage doors. We had double doors with 2 springs per door. The team arrived on time and called ahead before they came. I originally wanted to just replace the springs to prevent future issues. After discussions with Jeremy we decided to replace the 4 springs with 2 x torsion springs, added all new rollers and 2 x new motors. The doors are so much quieter and smoother than before with a simpler spring arrangement and new motors. Installation was quick and the team did a good job explaining operations and general maintenance. Recommending Precision Door for anyone looking at repairing, updating, adding or replacing electric garage door opener system. Lifetime warranty included (except for remote key pad and power surges).

I think your ad is misleading and you still charge a service fee of $65.00 vs a free estimate and free diagnostic. It appears that you are taking advance of the public. I have heard stories from other people that was in my situation and they ended up going with another company. Believe me I was excited that I had a coupon but totally disappointed when I was charged. For every $65.00 that you take how many calls do you get back. Forever forgiving,
