My technician Jeremy was very professional, he explained to me my options on repairing my garage door. I ended up purchasing a new garage door opener because my old one was fried, due to a power surge. He installed the new one, cleaned up the area and explained to me all the functions regarding the operations of the new garage door opener. I would recommend them to any one looking for their garage door to be repaired or replacement by a good company.

Excellent Service received from Precision, Had the Garage Door Opener, Door lock and Back-up Battery installed. The technician was extremely helpful in explaining the operation and troubleshooting of the items installed. I was very impressed on the scheduling I made with Precision, the technician always called to inform of his arrival and what was more impressive on all appointments I made, he arrived earlier then the scheduled appointment time. Kenny was honest, personable, professional and always there with an answer to explain what he was doing. The survey won't allow for multiple items to be picked, however, the opener, springs and rollers ask were overhauled in a timely manner. Quick response and all material available with no extra trips. 09-05-16 Technician: Justin Culley Justin gave me a call to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time and introduced himself. Very nice man, courteous and professional. He explained everything he would try to do to fix my garage door from opening and closing on its own. In the process he explained that the door was in need of at least new springs if not a total overhaul. I felt very comfortable with his suggestion as it was suggested to my ex husband over a year ago but he refused the fix. I am confident I did the right repair to keep the door functioning properly for a lifetime! Thank you Justin.

The tech was a little arrogant and because we did not purchase more parts from him said that we had no warranty with the work he did. He also said to fill out the review and that we could like or hate him he didn't care and left! We contacted another door place and they quoted us $350 less for the same stuff he tried to sell us.

Our 22 year old garage door chain-drive opener motor failed yesterday afternoon. We called Precision Door Service of Charleston and the technician was at our door at 8:00AM today. He installed a new belt-drive system in about one hour, explained its new features, answered our questions, removed the broken system and left our garage clean of debris. We are totally satisfied and will recommend PDS to our friends!
