Precision Garage Doors was a great choice when we put in new doors. John made the color and type of door decision very easy. Overall, from initial call to completion of job, I am very pleased with Precision Doors. Excellent customer service and I appreciated the use of technology from confirmation of appointment to job feedback request. Zack and Chad were timely, courteous and knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing my garage door issue and offering me solutions without pressuring me to purchase. They simply walked me through the pros and cons of each option, drawing on their experiences in the field. The guys worked quickly and efficiently and I appreciate the level of professionalism they displayed throughout the job. Without hesitation, I would call Precision again but I’m sure I won’t need to anytime soon due to the quality of Chad and Zack’s work. Thanks again guys!
