James was here in less than two hours after my call. He is a great gentleman and technician and a dedicated professional to his work. I did purchase a new door sensor (not on the options list for purchased products), which I thought was a bit too expensive at $96.00, but when I saw the work that took James to install it, it was worth it.

Service was great!! Technician James called and arrived early. He immediately reassured me not to stress that he had it under control and showed me the options available to me to choose. I choose a slightly higher upgrade option and got the green springs. An hour later job completed thanks James.
