James Ward was my garage door technician. During our first meeting, he took the time to explain the pros and cons of the different garage door opener options and I chose the one that I felt best fitted my needs. He didn’t have the opener on the truck during that meeting and returned for the install at a later date. He showed up this morning on time and installed the new unit. He then took the time to walk me through the various operations and set up the keypad. I found James to be friendly, courteous and professional and the whole ordeal was a positive experience. The icing on the cake was the fact that when he arrived for the install, the first thing he told me was that he made an error on the estimate and that the install would be $100 cheaper than quoted. “Bonus”! Professional workmanship from knowledgeable employees with a friendly disposition are rare these days and go a long way to ensure customer satisfaction. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing assistance with a garage door service. They provide fast and professional service, not to mention they are a local business!

James replaced our garage door opener for us and did a wonderful job. He explained everything when he was done, was clean, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. He was personable, on time, and called before arriving to ensure I was home. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

James Ward was my service person. Thank you for sending me such a good person. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of my questions that I asked. Explain the difference in the springs that y’all use and what they do, explain the warranty, kept me informed of what he was doing. If I ever need any more garage door repairs you can Count on me calling precision garage door. I was very impressed by the service. And I can definitely tell you I would want James Ward to come out again

Above and beyond! The first technician worked extra to get my door working enough that I could manually lower and raise it while new door was ordered. He didn’t have to do that. The two technicians who installed the new door did an awesome job!! Two hours and they were out. They put in all new tracks, rollers, springs, etc. For 17 years, my door has always been extraordinarily loud. You can barely hear it now. I recommend this company 100%.
