The installers were very nice and engaging. At the very end I asked if they could quickly reset the code in my wife's car so she can get into and out of the garage. What would have taken me an hour to program took them less than 5 minutes. They picked up the trash and left the garage in nice working order. They walked me through a rough demonstration which also helped. The system itself is soooo much quieter than our prior one. I'm still playing with the camera to figure out how to best use it for us. The app was pretty straight forward. The only item I ran into was programming the camera. However, Precision sent a service man to my house and he reset everything for me. I also liked how Precision sent a text telling me a few personal details about the service man before he arrived. It allowed us to talk about more than just garage door openers. Super fast response to my request for service. About 2.5 hours from when I first called to when Paul arrived at my door. He was super nice and very knowledgeable. He inspected everything and found the issue. He explained everything in detail and gave me 3 options. No pressure. The work was done quickly. The price was very reasonable. I will be using Precision from here on. Only thing I need now is a magnetic business card for my frig so their number is always handy.

Veteran, that came out to look at garage door was very friendly and knew his craft. He gave an accurate assessment of the condition of the old garage door. Worked on a plan of action. He took his time and did not rush to a conclusion. He then presented a plan to my wife and I. He did not pressure us into making a decision right away. He was prompt on each visit. He called ahead of time of arrival to let us know he was coming to the house. He presented 3 plans to us and explained in detail what each plan of action would take to get the job done. We believed the prices were in line with Waco economics. We chose a plan and he told us how long it would take and when he could come out to install the garage door opener. He was prompt for the appointment and completed the job in the time he said it would take. Life time warranty. my wife and I feel that we received a honest and very trust worthy appraisal and consider this hard working veteran as a friend.

I called at 8. They said they would arrive between 10-12. Dustin the tech called said he would be there at 1030. He came assessed the problems gave me quotes repaired the problems and I was gone by 1130. Very professional now I am getting quotes for their services where I work. I highly recommend ????

We called Precision in a pinch with our old garage tube, it was internal and it was broken. John Gallerano came right out and my husband and I came to the agreement we needed to just replace the old one with a new torsion and springs instead of having the old repaired. I was so impressed with the professionalism and speed of John. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to get everything changed out and working within a matter of hours and at a lower rate than what the competition would have charged for the replacement.
