Online (Home Advisor) I requested help with replacing or fixing my garage door. Within a few minutes I was contacted by phone by Precision Garage Door Service. A time was set up to schedule a technician to come out and give me 3 quotes. John (technician) came and checked out the garage door. He was very courteous and professional and informative. Within a short period of time (same day) I received 3 reasonable quotes via my e-mail. I am confident this company will provide exactly what I need and look forward to having a new garage door. I had the best experience with this Company. I called on Friday and they set up a time the very next day. They did exactly what they said they would do I had confirmation and contact with Mr John Gallerano before his appointment. He was efficient and gave me options for my problems in short order. Not only was I able to pick the option I wanted, he made installation the very same day. I must say I have hardly ever had someone show up and do the work in such a friendly manner. I appreciate this so much and would highly recommend this Company to all my friends and relatives.

Had a garage door with 4-springs in which springs broke and the door would not open on a Friday afternoon. After calling around no PMone could help for 5-6 days. After searching online I found Precision Garage Door Openers and called them around 5:PM. To my surprise I received a call back telling me he would be coming to my house in 1-hour at 6:30 PM. John with Precision Garage Door Openers came, found the problem, worked up an estimate which was very fair late on a Friday afternoon. I gave him the order for new springs and new openers which they installed in 1-week. This was excellent service above and beyond.
