I was well pleased with the service that I received from Precision today. This is the 2nd time in the last two years that I have used their service. Both times the service provider was Tim. He is excellent, does a quality job and is very personable. I would highly recommend Precision and especially Tim for any garage door problems that you would require.

Sensors not working. Quote $379 to fix. Would take 5 minutes if he has parts. Asked for how much are parts and labor? Said did not know company just gives a price. Looked up parts for the specific model. $15.97 to $32.97. He could not answer why they want $379 for a simple fix. I said no way for 5-10 minutes work. They Charged $49.95 to tell me what I told them was wrong. 5 minute discussion. I purchased the garage door opener from them previously. Suggest you go somewhere else for service. Poor actions on their part.

Patrick Mulligan arrived the same day I requested help to reprogram the keypad. He helped me download an app so that I can open and close the garage door from my phone. He checked all of the equipment to make sure everything worked correctly. Patrick is the most friendly and courteous person I’ve had come to my home in a long time. Thank you, Patrick.

Precision was able to come out on a Sunday to replace my garage door springs. Technician was at my house in a few hours and only took him an hour to fix. Things never break during normal business hours. Extremely happy I was able to get my garage door fixed so quickly! Highly recommend them!

After hearing the horrible sound of a torsion spring snapping, I had to find someone to replace it since I didn't want to do it myself. I contacted Precision using the Online scheduling and got the email that Adam was my tech. He called before coming out and arrived promptly. When he saw the system he gave me the bad news that it was old and needed to be put to pasture. Adam explained all that he needed to do to fix it and the payment options so I gave the OK and I'm glad I did. What would have taken me all day took him an hour. That included the time he stopped to play with our puppy. Adam is a great asset to the Precision team and I would recommend him and Precision for any repairs.

Adam was the technician who was sent to check out the issues I was having with my garage door. Great job! Adam was courteous and informed me each step of the way during the repair process what he was doing. When it came to a need to replace some of the aging 20 year old equipment there was no pressure and I felt that I was given good pricing for the extent of the repairs. I called Precision Door to replace the springs for our two car wood garage door one of which had recently failed. The technician Derek Mason did a thorough review of the existing door installation, and pointed out several items that also needed attention besides the replacement of the main springs, which were also safety concerns, and future maintenance issues. I appreciated Derek's professional and courteous approach to the project. He provided several repair options with the pros and cons of each one. I would recommend Precision to others that have a garage door installation issue.

I was fortunate to be offered a free service call, since I am a past customer. Since I was pleased with their previous service, I asked them to check my garage door due to it not closing completely flat against the garage floor. The service tech, Tyler, was very prompt and completely inspected the door, rollers, cables, and rails. Aside from very minor wear, all was in good shape so no replacements were needed at this time. I appreciated the honesty of the tech, and also his finding that my garage floor was no longer level across the garage opening, which caused the gap when the door was closed. Since this could not be remedied by an adjustment to the garage door, no additional service was performed. Even after this, the tech still lubed the rollers and confirmed the door was opening and closing correctly, and the sensors were working properly. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was no charge for this inspection service. I will definitely call Precision if I have any need for future repairs!

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by The Precision Team employees. The Customer Service Representative was so helpful in arranging an appointment for the same day I called. The Service Technician, Tyler, was prompt, professional and personable. He provided three options for my needed repair, which included a new spring and a new garage door opener. The cost of the repairs was very reasonable. I appreciate that he kept me informed throughout the repair and thoroughly explained the new system and gave advice on how to maintain the system.
