We needed to repair our garage door and the first name that came to mind was Precision due to their straight-talk television ads. I am glad we called. Our repairman, Derek, was very thorough, explained all of our repair options— nice to have options—and did an excellent job repairing the door and instructing us on the new equipment. It is so nice to have a repair company that I feel I can trust. Hopefully we won’t need their service for a long time, but if we do, I will not hesitate to call or recommend Precision to family and friends.
