I contacted Precision Door Service concerning a problem with my garage door wireless remote pad. The company responded quickly and a Service Technician, David Crowe arrived at my home later that day, He discover the problem with the wireless remote and repaired it quickly. Mr. Crowe was very courteous and provided me with some programming information regarding the remote to prevent any future problems. A bill of 234 dollars was to me a bit pricy, even with the discounted service charge for lubrication and maintenance on the garage door. Carlos, the technician, did an admiral job within 25 minutes. We tested the door together to check out any problems. I am happy with the results.

precision was able to come out the same day that I called them they sent out a technician James, who was excellent technician. He solved all of my issues and immediately. It was great service. I would definitely recommend precision and would definitely use them again.

Joshua Walker was fabulous. I had Neighbors originally tell me that I needed to replace the entire garage door. Imagine how happy I was when Mr. Walker explained that all I needed was a new reinforcement bracket and a general maintenance. In addition, he encouraged me to use the garage door lubrication that I have purchased every six months before summer and before winter to help keep the garage door lubricated and in good working condition. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. This is my second experience with Precision.

This time my spring on one garage door broke unexpectedly (Saturday) and James did an excellent job of explaining my options. Since one spring broke it was probably a matter of time before the other door spring would break so James & Precision offered a very reasonable option to replace both, even on a Sunday! Tom did an outstanding job replacing our "builder grade" system with a stronger double spring. Great communicator as he answered all our questions regarding options. Also replaced the outside Geni pad. (We use the door often with the family dog, so we opted for the 20,000 openings springs.) Two main reasons for using Precision. 1) Effective advertising and 2) prior owner of the property used Precision in the past. The technician was outstanding. A true professional and very concerned with customer satisfaction. He installed a new belt drive, motor, rollers, indoor button and keypad for alternate entry. Very knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. A great experience.
