The garage door opener had stopped working. Chas was great. He kept me informed every step of the way as he diagnosed the problem. Ended up having to replace the garage door opener. Before he left he tightened up the nuts and bolts of the door and lubed and oiled the hinges and rails. The door has never been quieter.

I called to schedule an appointment for a broken chain on my opener, and was surprised someone could come out within a couple of hours. My technician was Chaz. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was obvious he understood the operation of garage door openers. Mine was at least 30 years old, and Chaz did everything he could to make it work again, including finding a small chain link on his truck, to repair the obvious problem. However, we discovered metal shavings, a hot motor that wouldn’t turn off at the end of a cycle, and just general end of life issues with my old garage door opener. He had a new opener on his truck and installed it the same night. He walked me through the operation of the new opener, and there was no mess at all after he left. What a great technician!

Prompt service, and follow up timely as indicated. Tech seemed very knowledgeable. Cost was only factor, as with many things today, the cost was higher than I would've estimated. However, Precision had installed the old door opener long before we bought the house 10 years ago, and it had been very reliable. So we went with them. Last garage door repair several years ago (spring) from another company had not been timely or satisfactory from a customer service standpoint.
