Would have been 5 stars; however, they try to upsell anything they can. Just fix what is broken do not try to sell me more parts that are not broken. Installer Anthony was professional and courteous. Very good employee. Would still do business with again. Thank you

Since our garage door was behaving badly, I called Precision Garage Door, and they had a technician in our driveway in less than 24 hours. After assessing the problem, he gave us a written estimate, and in less than another two hours, our problem was fixed. The level of professionalism and knowledge was above our expectations. While the cost was a little higher than I expected, I also believe that you get what you pay for. Precision Door Service, A Name You Can Trust. Since we only have one garage and one garage door, I can't imagine any reason to call these guys. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a garage door problem.
