This was my second experience with Precision. I called this morning and was able to get same day service. Tom Palmer came out right away and diagnosed an issue with the motor for the garage door opener. He was very polite, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Tom was pleasant to talk with, patient and took the time to explain what was needed, which I greatly appreciated. Based on my experiences and the technicians I’ve encountered thus far, I will continue doing business with Precision. In my opinion, you guys seem very trustworthy and take pride in providing customers high quality service. Thank you much!
