I choose Precision Door as they advertise same day response! I called at 10 AM and a technician was here at noon! Our tech Tom, was so knowledgeable about my current door opener and the new one we purchased! He took pictures and showed us why the door would not open! It could be fixed but as old as this opener was we decided to go with a new one! Tom did not apply any pressure to purchase. In fact I asked about the nylon rollers as I had heard about them on the phone call to Precision Door! I decided to replace springs, door opener, nylon rollers and miscellaneous parts! I can’t even hear my door open or close! Tom programmed my car to open/close also! Needless to say I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a garage door problem!!!

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable, and had installed a new garage door opener before the end of the day. Our previous garage door opener was the original (about 30 years old). Lake gave multiple options to go over the fix and I decided to buy a new door. I called because my door springs had broke. I was informed that they did not replace these type of springs with the same ones. That they would have to install a new spring system. I thought oh here we go up sale 101 right. I investigated my spring system on the internet and having taken physics (in middle school) LOL. I quickly figured out why. It was not to up sale me in anyway it was because their level of professional integrity would not allow them to leave me with the same inferior door springs that were the whole reason I was calling them in the first place. Me being a person in the trades myself I do truly appreciate this. I can not say enough good things about Tyler the tec that was sent out. Professional wow it was like this guy invented the word Professional. All in all great company great technician great price and fixed within 24 hours of the call to them.

The springs in our garage door system broke and the door was no longer operable. We picked Precision because they made it extremely easy to work with them. We were able to make a same day Saturday appointment via their website online chat. It was quick and easy. We reached out around 8am and Tim was at our house by 1pm. I was so impressed with how polite and professional Tim was. He explained everything, never applied any pressure, and was super sweet with our toddler who was very interested in the work Tim was doing. I will call them anytime our garage door needs work!
